I

There are many fine teas from Darjeeling
But the color you choose is revealing
Choose lovely greens or the whites
You will sleep well most nights
And their Oolong is very appealing.

“Is it too much to ask,” said the queen,
“Just which is the best tasting green?
Is it gunpowder or sencha or macha,
Dragon well, jasmine, genmaicha?”
“Bird's tongue,” replied T Ching.

“Fine,” said the queen late that night,
How come there's a green ”˜Angel White'?”
T Ching said “Because . . .
It is rare, without flaws,
If you try it, you'll find us quite right.”
