Adela Hasas
- Born in Romania but raised in Southern California, Adela is a proponent of all that is natural. She is a Master Herbalist, Nutritional Consultant, and Holistic Health Practitioner. However, she approaches natural health with healthy skepticism, as a result of her respect for stringent clinical evidence and the scientific process. Adela lives and works in beautifully sunny Palm Springs, does freelance writing on the side, and is happily writing her very first book (though she’s definitely not quitting her day job). Adela dove head-first into the world of green tea when she began working at Sencha Naturals, a Los Angeles-based company that is home to Green Tea Mints. Her love of all things sencha is still very much alive today, and her current favorite concoction is ceremonial matcha. There’s just something about green tea. Once you fall in love with the green, no one can intervene!
